Q: Do I need to courier/send any documents to PayUnow?

A: No you do not need to courier/send any documents to PayUnow. Simply enter your bank, PAN & other details to accept online payments directly in your bank account

Q: When will I get my customers’ payments directly in my bank account?

A: Once you complete the bank verification with PayUnow, you can accept all customer payments directly in your bank account. The payment will be automatically transferred to your bank account in 2 working days after your customer pays.

Q: How do I verify my bank account on PayUnow?

A: To accept online payments from your customers directly in your bank account, you need to verify your bank account with PayUnow. Once you fill your bank account details, we submit a small amount in your registered bank account. You can verify your a/c by following these simple steps:

1. Check your bank account statement for the small amount deposited by PayU Payments Pvt. Ltd.

2. Login to PayUnow app / web dashboard

3. Enter the exact amount (in decimals) for verification.

For example - If you've received amount INR 1.02, please enter 1.02
